Review Date : 29th May 2002

SITE
Totalbet.com (in April 1999 Tote became the first major betting organisation to move into online betting) was a jointly owned venture between the Tote and PA Sporting Life. On May 27th 2002, the site ownership of Totalbet.com reverted to Sporting Life and runs under the UK Betting betting license. A new site Tote BetXpress was created to be run by the Tote.

This site has now benefitted from the new owners emphasis on sports betting and sports have greater depth and covreage.

The Downside
This site is still pretty much constructed along the lines of the original and as such the operation is a bit woolly. To reach a 3-Ball you have to go through several levels and then details like start order, an important thing, can often be randomly ordered. You also have to click each one in tern to get at the prices. This is just a nonsense.

Conclusion
Still to try harder with the site construction. Getting better with sports coverage. Just staying put in the field of competition.
